  • PLC Welcome Reception & Dinners

    You are required to attend the PLC evening events 


    • Friday, June 21st 6:00pm - 9:00pm - Pictures on the beach, Cocktail hour and dinner on the Sunset Terrace 
    • Saturday, June 22nd 6:00pm -11:30pm in the Rock N Roll Ballroom 3 & 4.   Pictures, Dinner, Awards presentation and then an evening of fun! DJ & Dancing, late night snacks. 

    Reminder PLC sponsored events are for guests  21+

  • What is the dress code for Hard Rock Cancun?

    Friday, June 21st Dress code: Resort Casual. 


    Saturday, June 22nd Dress Code:  Resort Casual elegance. Long pants (no jeans), collared shirts, and shoes are required.

  • Who may I bring as my guest?

    The  Park Lawn Sales Award trip is for the sales winner and one guest (non PLC employee) over the age of 21.


    Note: Park Lawn sponsored events are for ages 21+


  • How much is a taxi from Cancun Airport to Hard Rock Hotel?

    Private Transportation $29.99; Airport Taxi $34.99


    We have arranged transportation to and from the Cancun airport. You should have received details from the travel agency.

  • How far is Hard Rock Cancun from airport?

    Hard Rock Hotel Cancun is a hotel located 17.1 km (10.602 mi) or 19 min away from Cancun International Airport. We will be organizing transportation to/from the Cancun airport.

  • Will there be any group scheduled events?

    You're welcome to arrange any off  property excursions/tours at your own expense.


    When planning please ensure you're back in time for the REQUIRED PLC events scheduled Friday and Saturday night.

  • Where do I obtain more information to apply for a US Passport?

  • How do I book airfare?

    This year we are booking travel at the corporate level using a travel agency. Please go to the Cancun Sales Award link below to upload your information. You will be contacted to confirm your airport and flight selections.
